3B Yoga is Utah’s longest running Yoga Alliance certified Yoga School & Ashtanga Yoga Based Teacher Training Studio, located in Provo, Utah. We are grateful for the positive and professional reputation our 3B Yoga training school has received from it’s hundreds of dedicated participants over the last decade and a half! The 3B Yoga teacher training program offers a 200 hour practical, 4-week yoga immersion and, should you want to extend your studies, we also offer a number of subsequent trainings and many other continued education opportunities.
