The Shops At Riverwoods On-Site Photo Policy
The Shops At Riverwoods is private property and maintains a strict policy against the use of its property (all interior spaces, exterior grounds, etc.) for unauthorized professional, amateur or commercial photography/videography purposes.
Professional & Amateur photography/videography will only be allowed and approved, in advance, in the following situations:
News Media Coverage -- News media visits for the purpose of onsite photography or videography must be arranged in advance. Official press credentials are required.
Videography/Filming Projects -- Contct The Shops at Riverwoods management office at info@shopsatriverwoods.com or (801) 802-8430 regarding videography and filming projects. These projects will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Photo Passes for Professional or Amateur Photography
If you are a photographer interested in using The Shops At Riverwoods as a location for photo shoots, or a backdrop for portraits, Riverwoods Photo Passes are available at The Shops At Riverwoods Management Office, onsite space #480, (located between The Veranda and Blickenstaffs), or by calling (801) 802-8430. Photo passes are available on a daily basis for $25.00. By purchasing a photo pass, photographer promises the following:
Photographer will provide The Shops At Riverwoods management the following information:
- Name
- Business Name
- Address
- City, State, Zip Code
- Telephone Number
The following policies and guidelines are not meant to be restrictive, but simply to help avoid operational challenges, space conflicts and interruption for customers utilizing our property. They are also meant to protect the security and proprietary nature of our tenants and their customers and the important business they conduct at Riverwoods.
• The Shops at Riverwoods has the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold or withdraw consent to photograph and video (or to reproduce photographs or video) of The Shops at Riverwoods and related properties.
• Photographer agrees to display the authorized Riverwoods Photo Pass so as to be visible and agrees that such pass will be shown for review to Riverwoods management and security personnel upon demand. Failure to provide the pass for inspection will result in immediate expulsion from property.
• Photographer promises to defer all convenience to customers of The Shops At Riverwoods.
• Photographer will not obstruct any thoroughfare or breezeway with model staging or equipment but instead will protect foot traffic areas for the benefit of Riverwoods customers and employees.
• Acceptable photography times are 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM Sunday to Sunday. However, no photography is allowed in the two Breezeway areas Monday-Saturday, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 pm. No photography is allowed in the Roadway at any time. See below.
• No defacing of The Shops At Riverwoods property including but not limited to, attaching to outside walls, moving of common area amenities such as benches and planters.
• Photographer, by signing above, shall indemnify The Shops At Riverwoods’ licensor and owners, and their officers, agents and employees, against all loss, damage, expense and liability resulting from injury to or death of persons, including but not limited to, employees of the photographer, The Shops At Riverwoods’ owners and employee’s, or any persons connected with photographer’s access to or use of The Shops At Riverwoods, however used, regardless of any negligence of The Shops At Riverwoods’ employees and owners, whether active or passive except for such injury of death as may be caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of The Shops At Riverwoods’ employees and owners and shall defend any suit exerting a claim covered by this obligation to indemnify. Photographer shall pay costs that may be incurred by The Shops At Riverwoods’ employees and owners in enforcing this obligation to indemnity, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
• Failure to adhere to these policies will result in revocation of photo pass and photographer and associated persons will be asked to immediately leave the property.
• Unauthorized professional photographers/videographers are subject to immediate expulsion from the property.
